Porsche 911 Carrera S Coupé (997)

Originally, this 997 was delivered in Japan. In late 2016, the Porsche was imported and all taxes and duties were paid. Residual BPM is no longer applicable, as the car is now well past youngtimer age. As with almost all Japanese cars, this 997 has been very well taken care of. An interior with no damages and the initial paint is like new. Only the front cover has been repainted for cosmetic reasons, but with a thickness of 175 against the original. In August this year, the 997 had a service to dot the "i".

The car is not yet registered in the Netherlands, but since BPM is no longer levied, the import procedure is only a small hurdle. Of course, The Collectables can assist with this if required.

The Carrera S is equipped with a powerful 3.8 liter engine with a whopping 355 HP. Coupled with
an automatic transmission, the car is wonderful to drive on torque, but if you press the
gas pedal, the car flies forward and the engine revs to over 7000 rpm.

Practical for every day use and very easy to drive thanks to the automatic transmission. Put it
in S and you have a truly fast sports car that still belongs to the top of today.

The 997 generation was delivered between 2004 and 2012. The classic round and distinctive 911
headlights are back. The new 997 is actually the more modern and improved version
of the 996. During these 8 years, as many as 15 different versions were
released.

The 997, like its predecessors, came in many variants in which the coupe and
convertible made up the largest part. As a coupe clearly the sporty variant!

Our opinion

Truly a super neat 997. The color combination is timeless and exudes sportiness and elegance. Few examples have come through the years so neat and unspoiled. A beautiful bright car for the true enthusiast.

About the seller

The last owner, a true enthusiast, imported the car in 2016, but, due to his very extensive collection, never got around to driving it. He has a number of cars traded in on an (almost) new 911 Turbo S, which he plans to use daily. To deliver the car as neatly as possible, he had the car completely checked and the oil was oil change and fuel pump replacement.
