About this Collectable
As a car enthusiast you can't help but fall in love with this Vanquish Volante. This Dutch example comes from the first owner, who made this car unique with a range of options from Aston Martin's Q department. With a mileage of 33.500 km, this Vanquish Volante is practically in new condition.
With 575 hp, the Vanquishes from after 2014 - including this one - have 3 hp more than the versions from before 2014. A minor upgrade, but this newer version is a lot faster nevertheless. That's because of another upgrade. The newer Vanquish has an eight-speed ZF automatic rather than a six-speed ZF automatic.
One of the main aspects that makes an Aston Martin so desirable (besides the V12) is its design. The DBS was already an absolute masterpiece in this area, so it was an excellent starting point. The Vanquish goes one step further, with a more fluent en agressive design. The details are also a joy to behold. Take the taillights for example, which incorporate the wings of the Aston Martin logo.
A Vanquish has a stunning exterior, but the interior is an absolute match. You're surrounded by pure British craftsmanship. That's all the more true for this one, as this car has been personalized by Aston Martin's 'Q' department. The result is a unique interior in Dark Knight, Magnolia and Ivory colours, with contrasting stitching and piping and embroidered Aston Martin logos on the headrests.
The car was delivered in the Netherlands in 2017. With a new price of €382,801, it was one of the most expensive Vanquishes delivered in our country.

About the seller
The owner used to own a BMW Z8, but he wanted a more spacious GT for trips to France and Italy. That's how he ended up with the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante. He also has other British convertibles in his fleet: a Jaguar XK150 from 1958. With increasing age, the use of the cars unfortunately decreased considerably. That is why this car (with the Jaguar) are now leaving the garage.
