The Volkswagen T2, from the time when campervans still had a cuddly appearance and you could park them in a normal parking space. That said, the current VW campervan is, of course, still a campervan with "normal" dimensions compared to the enormous machines like an Adria based on a Transit or Ducato. In 1967, the second-generation Type 2 was introduced. Besides cosmetic changes, the new model also featured some engine improvements. Various versions of the T2 were also made, for example, as a windowless van, a raised roof, a pickup truck, and, of course, as a campervan, as offered here. This campervan excels in its simplicity; what isn't on it can't break, and it has been fully restored. Moreover, this T2 campervan is tax-exempt (the low campervan rate for cars under 40 years old is being discontinued) and inexpensive to insure.
