Since its introduction in 1959, the Mini has remained a feast for the eyes and remains popular thanks to its progressive concept. The wheels are neatly positioned at the corners of the car for ample space and superb handling. Thanks to the transversely mounted engine, maximum interior space was achieved. The final series of the classic Mini rolled off the assembly line on October 4, 2000. BMW had already taken over Rover and had plans for the new Mini, equipping the final series, the MK7, lavishly to bridge the gap between old and new. The 1275cc engine with 53 hp has little trouble with the Mini, which weighs only 620 kg, and ensures excellent performance. Coming to our auction this coming week is a neat, original Dutch-delivered Mini Kensington in "the" color scheme British Racing Green with a Cream leather interior.
