BMW M4 Competition Convertible

A BMW M4 Cabriolet with Competition Package and various M-perfomance goodies is, of course, best of all worlds. Model type F83 or Model Series 2017-2022 with OLED taillights, among other things. How about over (most M3s and M4s sprinkle upwards) 450hp, 4 seconds to 100 and a top of over 280kmh (BMW M-drivers package). In the color Black-sapphire metallic with a full leather Merino Schwarz interior a tough yet understated appearance. Delivered in October 2017 in Germany (as BMW company car) and imported by BMW Dealer Renova after which the car was immediately put on NL registration on March 5. The current owner bought the car directly on March 11 with then only 24000 km including 2 years Premium Warranty. Renova was allowed to continue servicing this fantastic open M4. Nothing was skimped on. Tires, brakes, everything was replaced as soon as needed. Judging by the mileage, the current owner really enjoyed it. Nevertheless, the car looks fantastic with hardly any signs of use. In addition to the M-competition package, the car has as already reported the M drivers package. Furthermore, an original 2021 M-perfomance exhaust was fitted and there are several carbon accents present in the interior and the trunk lid has a modest carbon spoiler. For reassurance, an Alarm Class 5 + vehicle tracking system provides. This M4 also features Adaptive M suspension, Headup display + Navigation professional, Harman Kardon Surround Sound System + DAB and a little bit lowered for looks.

The car is equipped with original 20-inch Competition rims and a set of black Brixton Forged RF7 20" rims set with some curb damage is included separately as well as the original spring set.

What a brilliant car!

You enjoy the luxurious equipment and on twisty roads you switch on the M mode is and with one press of the gas pedal you bring out a real sports car. Not for nothing does this 4-series bear the M logo with excellent handling and a brilliant engine.

The Competition package with adaptive dampers and stabilizer bars, a recalibrated M active differential and a new exhaust system ensures even better performance. The sublime DCT automatic transmission shifts very quick.
 

Our Opinion

Too bad BMW said goodbye to the V8 S65 when production of the e90 series M3 was discontinued. Fortunately, the V8 is quickly forgotten when you step on the gas pedal of the M4 Competition (especially with the sports exhaust fitted). Lots of power, nice sound and of course "the" engine BMW became famous for; a Six in line!
With steel folding roof still nice and practical and thanks to the gearbox with double clutch very useful for everyone.

About the seller

The Abarth 500C was really getting too cramped for Rick with impending family expansion, so a fast, larger four seat convertible was needed. A young BMW F33 435i? A bare-bones new 4 series (G23)? Or maybe save up for a 440i? And suddenly there was The Collectables last year with this scorching, all-original and wonderfully put together M4 Competition Cabriolet.

Rick: "What a delightful impulse buy. I have enjoyed its versatility, overwhelming power (and exhaust sound) when you ask for it, comfort when you want it, and open-roof usability. To work every day with a big smile. A year later, I've moved and commuting looks completely different than before. For this, the M4 is less suitable and a replacement is coming. I wonder which enthusiast will enjoy this ultimate convertible this summer".
