In 2006, the 3rd generation of the Audi S6 was unveiled. This one got a 5.2 liter V10 with no less than 435 hp at 6800 rpm. The engine came from the collaboration with Lamborghini, which Audi now owned. Of course, this ensured impressive performances. The engine was very reliable with the right driving style and good (preventive) maintenance. Unfortunately, the latter was often "forgotten". Next week, we will auction a copy that has had 15,000 euros worth of (preventive) maintenance carried out in recent years.
